DGP Cares Paws for a Cause 2015 Winners

DGP is proud to announce the winners of the second annual DGP CARES Paws for a Cause $500 Donation Contest!

Before we announce the three canine charities that received the most votes, we would like to first thank everyone who participated. Thousands of people showed their support to nominate and vote for their favorite canine charities located across the U.S. Although only three charities will receive $500 donations, we truly believe everyone is a winner because together we all helped spread the word about the selfless acts each canine charity carries out to help dogs in need every day.

To honor all the participating charities and continue to help aging dogs in need, DGP is running a special promotion now through August 31st. For every bottle of DGP you purchase with the promo code “DGPCARES“, a bottle of DGP will be DONATED in your name to the DGP Cares participating charity of your choice! Simply click: www.theharmonycompany.com/dgp-cares to order online (make sure you enter Promo Code “DGPCARES” in your cart) or call 1-800-422-5518 using the promo code DGPCARES. You will also receive 25% OFF your order plus FREE standard SHIPPING anywhere in the United States!

Thank you to all who participated in the contest and helped spread the word about DGP, a wonderful all-natural supplement that supports dogs with aches and joint discomfort. We have helped many dogs return to their former glory, and we hope to continue doing so for years to come. Thank you for supporting dogs in need!

Finishing in first place and receiving the first of three $500 donations is GERMAN SHEPHERD RESCUE OF ORANGE COUNTY.

German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GSROC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing purebred German Shepherd Dogs that have nowhere else to turn. GSROC finds good homes for approximately 400 orphan shepherds every year. GSROC never hesitates to take in dogs with extensive and expensive medical needs. Dedicated volunteers work ceaselessly to benefit and promote these noble dogs from rescue through adoption.

Second place goes to RUFF START RESCUE.

Ruff Start Rescue is a small, but mighty, non-profit 501(c)3 rescue. They are a no-kill dog and cat rescue organization in Central Minnesota. Ruff Start rescues stray, neglected, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats as well as ferrets, guinea pigs, and rabbits. They work very hard to place these rescued animals in new loving homes.

Receiving the third $500 donation is ELDER PAWS SENIOR DOG RESCUE.

Elder Paws Senior Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the euthanasia rate of senior dogs in overcrowded kill shelters. Elder Paws believes that all dogs have value and that being old is not a good reason to receive a death sentence. They are a foster home based rescue, not a shelter existing solely on donations to survive. Elder Paws acts as a resource for city and county kill shelters in Central California to rescue “red listed” seniors and give them a second chance at life.
