Orion and Aria: DGP’s September Dogs of the Month
Meet Orion and Aria, our September Dogs of the Month!
Orion and Aria are both 6 year old German shepherds. They love car rides, going on walks, and snuggling with their owner! Both of these amazing dogs came to be a part of their owner’s family through the German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GSROC), a rescue group who was the 2nd place winner this year in our annual DGP Cares “Paws for a Cause” contest.
Orion takes DGP Joint Support every day. He had been with the GSROC rescue for over three years during which time his owner walked him twice a week. At the end of last year, he became a member of their family through hard work and the “Team Orion” volunteers. Aria was dog-aggressive and they had to spend a lot of time introducing her and Orion before making them friends. Now they live together as one big happy family!

I know both Aria and Orion and they have given so much love to their new family in return for being rescued. They are wonderful dogs and deserve all the accolades!
